How DO I place a booking?

STEP 1
Complete the online enquiry form on the links below or give us a call on 07816 221 295.

STEP 2
We will be in touch to discuss your event and arrange a viewing.

STEP 3 
We will then confirm your booking with a price and date/s.

STEP 4 
You secure the booking by paying a 50% deposit fee (All payments under £150 to be payed in full to secure the booking).

STEP 5
Full amount to be payed no later than 1 week prior to the booking.

Is parking available nearby?

There is one onsite parking space reserved for event organisers. Guests are kindly asked to use nearby public parking facilities and can refer to the provided parking links below to choose the most convenient option.

Free for 1 hour 9am – 5pm (free after 5pm till 9am)

WHERE CAN I STORE MY BIKE?

We provide railings to the right-hand side of the entrance steps where you can securely lock your bike. Please note that bikes are left at the owner’s risk, and we cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage.

Is there wheelchair access?

Unfortunately, our building is not fully accessible for wheelchair users at this time. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and are happy to discuss individual accessibility needs where possible.

How do I access the building?

Full access details will be provided during the onboarding process, including entry instructions and any codes you may need.

Are refreshments available?

Yes. Refreshments are included as part of your package, and the details will be discussed with you during your initial consultation.

ARE TOILETS AVAILABLE?

Yes. Two customer toilets are located in the basement, accessible via the stairwell.
